- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
- Required language: English, Malay & Mandarin.
- Possess computer literacy such as MS Office and Excel etc.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong sense of urgency and able to delivery assigned task under tight deadlines.
- Assisting walk-in customers.
- To handle telephone calls, respond to general inquiries from the public, taking messages and welcome visitors promptly and professionally.
- Manning the reception area and good housekeeping.
- Maintain office equipment and office supplies.
- To assist in administrative work such as data entry, photocopying, filling documents, ordering stationeries and sundries.
- To carry out such duties as the Company may from time to time.
